You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached. Footwear must also be returned in its original box.
Underwear and lingerie, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked Final Sale at checkout are also excluded.
You can start a return through My Account under Order History, or contact us with your order number. UK returns are free and a prepaid returns label will be provided.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
You can pay for your order using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.

Yes. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available as payment options at checkout, where supported by your device and payment setup.

Select Credit/Debit Card at checkout and enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC/security code.
Once your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. Shipping updates will also be sent to your email.
